Port Blair, Nov 9: The Adhyaksha, South Andaman Zilla Parishad, Smt Minati Biswas and Up-Adhyaksh have extended their greetings to the islanders on the occasion of Deepawali. In a message, Smt Biswas said that the festival of lights symbolises victory of good over evil and wished peace and prosperity for the islanders.
