Port Blair, Nov 04: The Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands condoles the sudden demise of Shri R.S.Gill, Assistant Director (Administration), Port Management Board, A & N Admn. today (04.11.2015) in a hospital at Amritsar, Punjab. He was 60 years and is survived by his wife and two children. The Association conveys its deepest sympathy to the members of his family.
