Port Blair, November 03: The Suicide case of Sub Inspector Abdul Gafoor, the SHO of Car Nicobar Police Station has been handed over to Central Crime Station, it is learnt.
Sources said that the Investigation Officer, Mr Jagdishwar Rao has reached Car Nicobar today to investigate the matter. According to reports, the Police has already registered a case under 306 IPC, abetment to suicide case. Andaman Sheekha has learnt that the DGP and DIGP are directly monitoring the case.
