Billyground, Oct 28: New Panchayat Body of Harinagar Gram Panchayat has been formed today, Mr. Kishore Kumar Roy (INC) was unanimously elected as Up Pradahan and Mr. R. Anil (BJP) was unanimously elected as Sarpanch. On the other hand in Swadeshnagar Gram Panchayat, Mr. Prasanta Biswas (INC) was elected as Up Pradhan & Geeta Roy as Sarpanch. The oaths were administered by AC Rangat.
