Port Blair, Sept. 09: The Police Personnel under the chairmanship of Shri Ajai Rai DYSP Rangat conducted briefing for all the leaders of Political Parties of Baratang in Police Station Baratang in which he appealed all the leaders of Political Parties to obey the Model Code of conduct related to Panchayat Elections.
He also briefed the leaders about the Model code of conduct. In the above meeting total 35 leaders of Congress, BJP, BSP and Independent candidates who are contesting Panchayat Ejection in different posts, participated. At the end SI Abdul Rahman, SHO PS Baratang assured them to provide all the legal support to conduct election in a peaceful manner.
