Baratang, August 30: Mr T Satish Kumar, Member candidate of Congress from Baratang, Wrafters Creek won, the coming elections unopposed.
According to reports, Mr. Satish Kumar’s lone competitor, a girl candidate namely Miss Franciska of Bhartiya Janta Party has withdrawn her name due to reasons unknown.
Meanwhile, four contesting candidates of Bahujan Samaj Party from Baratang area have also withdrawn their names, the candidates are Mrs Juliana of ward number 1, Adajig, Mrs Asrita, Ward number 6, Adajig, Mrs Saraswathi, Sundergarh 5 and Mr Tarsus Belong, Vijaygarh 1 of the Sundergarh area, Baratang.
