Port Blair, Apr 20: The Chief Secretary (In-charge), A&N Administration, Mr. Jalaj Shrivastava today opened the three-day maiden Beach Festival as chief guest at the Corbyn’s Cove beach in presence of the Member of Parliament, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray as guest of honour.
