Port Blair, August 11: Snakes, believed to be Male and Female Andaman Cobra were caught during mating ritual at 7:30pm yesterday at Barud Godown area of Bird Line.
According to reports, both male and female Cobras were spotted during mating ritual on the road side at Barud Godown, which attracted a huge crowd.
Perhaps due to presence of crowd the snakes went inside a garden of a local resident from where a person brought back the snake by capturing both the snakes by hand. Later police team was called to control the situation. It is however not clear where these snakes were released.
