Port Blair, June 12: To aware common people about various legal provisions/ rights and for easy access to legal assistance a legal awareness camp is being organised jointly by UNNATI, SLSA and DLSA A & N Islands on 13-06-2015 at 3 PM at Shadipur Community Hall in association with Municipal Councillors of ward No 15 and 16 and Women Development Committee Port Blair. Hon’ble Justice Soumitra Pal, Judge High Court Calcutta and Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority A & N Islands very kindly considered to be the Chief Guest. The Legal Awareness Camp will be addressed by Shri. Sudip Niyogi, Registrar, High Court, Calcutta Circuit Bench at Port Blair & Member Secretary, State Legal Services Authority, A & N Islands, Shri. Asis Kumar Sikdar, Additional District & Session Judge A & N Islands, Shri. Subhendu Samanta, District & Session Judge & Chairman, District Legal Services Authority A & N Islands and other dignitaries. All the local residents of the area have been requested to participate and interact actively in Legal Awareness Camp for benefitting themselves from the learned legal experts.
