Port Blair, May 18: Under the influence of moderate to Strong monsoon over great part of southeast Bay and Andaman sea, strong southwesterly wind speed between 30 and 40 kmph gusting to 45 kmph and moderate to rough seas likely along and off Andaman and Nicobar Coasts. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing in to the sea.
