Port Blair, May 05: The Island Development Organization (IDO), a non-governmental voluntary organization, conducted a charity safety road show – Motor Cycle Ride on May 3 by magician Mr. M. Musthafa Puthiyath, Edavanna, Malappuram Dist, Kerala who was blindfolded while riding the motor cycle.
The key to the motor cycle was handed over to the magician by Shri B. K. Chauhan, Secretary General, and the Safety Road Show was flagged off by Mr. P. M. Aboobacker, President of IDO. A large crowd accompanied the magician on two wheelers from Bambooflat Jetty to Wimberlygunj.
The show was organized to raise money for LG’s relief fund for the recent earthquake victims of U.P., M.P., Bihar and North Eastern States of India. The show ended with a cultural programme and a dance performed by the A & N Rajya Kalakar Mahasangh, a communication said.
