Port Blair, April 25: The last convoy from Middle Strait which starts at 3.00 PM, got delayed today due to road blockage after a huge tree fell on Andaman Trunk Road.
According to reports the tree fell in 10km region, between Middle Strait and Jirkatang.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bambooflat, Mr M.A. Nausad said that instead of making public stand in the middle of the forest the police department decided to delay the convoy at Middle Strait.
