Port Blair, Apr 13: All Govt. offices in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands including industrial establishments will remain closed on 14th April, 2015 on account of birthday of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. This will be a holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
