Port Blair, Apr 03: Consequent upon her posting to the post of Director of Health Services, A&N Islands, Dr. Shipra Paul, Senior Administrative Grade has assumed the charge of Director of Health Services in the afternoon of 2nd April, 2015, it is learnt.
