Port Blair, Apr 01: Shri. K Venkatesan, Assistant Professor & HOD, Department of Homescience, JNRM called on by the Professor (Dr) Ram Shankar Katheria, Hon’ble Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Higher Education), Government of India during his visit to Agra. Shri.K.Venkatesan also visited Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra alongwith the minister where witnessed the Students Youth Programme. During the interaction with Shri.K.Venkatesan, the minister (Dr) Ram Shankar Katheria also discussed the education scenario of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Shri.K.Venkatesan apprised the role of JNRM in imparting quality education in islands to the Minister and extended invitation to visit JNRM.
