Billyground, Mar 30: Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nimbudera in North & Middle Andaman District today Organized a “KISHAN MELA” at it is campus. The Mela was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Zila Parishad Adhyaksh, North and Middle Andaman.
On the occasion Assistant Commissioner, HQ North & Middle Andaman was the Special Guest. Besides various Department Heads of the North & Middle Andaman district were present on the occasion. Near about 250 firming cultivators from different cultivation from North & Middle Andaman attended the KIshan Mela. During the Mela the KrishVigyan Kendra Scientists had set up various departmental huts in cooperation with the Cultivators, which were main centre for attraction of the Mela.
Scientist of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Nimbudera arranged verities of seed and fishes, Chicks and the scientists categorically explained about the various seeds which could be suitable for the Islands cultivators and for their economic growth.
