Port Blair, Mar 05 : In order to spread awareness about the provision of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2 days seminar for the nominated police personals who been attached with Women and Child Help Desk at Police Stations, organized by the Police Training School, Prothrapur on 4th& 5th March,2015.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Port Blair, Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board Shri. Amar Kishore Mahato was inaugurated the seminar in presence of Shri. Atul Kumar Thakur, Principal, PTS. The following sources persons from other department were delivered their lecture on various issues, Shri. C.P.James, ICDS Offficer, Director of Social Welfare, Smti.ShatiMurugeshan, NGO Prayas, Shri. Sreedharan, Member of CWC, GM Jadwet Trading Company, Dr.Sidharaju, Deputy Director (Health), Shri. TulasiLall, Special APP for POSCO, altogether 30 police personal including school teachers participated in the seminar.
