Port Blair, Feb 24: The Ministry of Tourism has prioritized three projects for the grant of Central assistance to the Directorate of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha, Mr Arun said that the three projects include construction of Eco Accommodation at Long Island and Eco Accommodation at Neil Island for tourist for which the estimated cost is Rs 5 crore and upgradation of Cellular Jail for which the estimated cost is Rs 3 crore.
“Tourist comes here will like to stay in different kind of accommodations and staying in a friendly environment and an eco friendly accommodation is different experience, people like it,” Mr Gupta added.
