Port Blair, Jan 16: As part of the Army Day Celebrations, a Barakhana was organised on 15 January 15 at Birchgunj Military Station, Port Blair. All serving Army personnel posted in Port Blair played host in the function which was attended by all ranks and families of all Components under the Andaman & Nicobar Command. The event was marked by a spectacular fireworks display and a scintillating variety entrainment programme which enthralled the audience. The event was graced by Major General PK Siwach, Chief of Staff, Andaman & Nicobar Command who complimented all ranks for the entertaining and well coordinated show, that showcased the spirit of bonhomie, esprit de corps and effervescent camaraderie that was clearly visible throughout the event.
