Port Blair, Jan 04: Mr. BP Ray, the MP through an another un-starred question No. 2050 raised in the House that where the Union Government has undertaken the work for construction of Foot Bridge between ATR Road and Badam Nallah Dera (Ward No.2) under Basantipur Panchayat in Middle Andaman. In response to that, Mr. Birender Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Rural Development answered to the house that the Ministry has not received any such proposal from the UT of A & N Admn. for construction of footbridge under PMGSY. The MP is requested the A&N Administration to furnish the specific proposal to the Ministry for their concurrence.
