Car Nicobar, Dec 11: “Yoga for Life” a series of free yoga demonstration classes were organized by District Health Society, Nicobar at Malacca Beach, Car Nicobar on 1Oth December 2014,06:30 AM. The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Smti. Sakshi Mittal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner Nicobar/ Chairperson District Health Society, Nicobar along with the head of the offices from various departments functioning in Car Nicobar including staffs of BJR Hospital.
The Chief Guest, Smti. Sakshi Mittal, IAS expressed her views on the importance of the programme and requested all present to take active participation in the programme and avail the benefits of Yoga for a healthy lifestyle.
