Port Blair, Dec 01: Recording his sincere gratitude to the Lt Governor for considering flight from Port Blair to Vizag and back which was a long pending demand of the party for which a good number of correspondences were made to his office and also to the concerned Ministry, the PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma has informed him that many residents of Odissa who are staying here have approached him to approach for considering flight from Bhuvaneshwar to Port Blair and vice versa since they have to halt at Kolkata for proceeding to Bhuvaneshwar which not only is time consuming but also gives extra financial burden on them.
Accordingly, Kuldeep has requested the Lt Governor to consider reintroduce the flight from Bhuvaneshwar to Port Blair and vice versa for the benefit of the people of Odissa. He has also mentioned that previously there was connecting flight from Bhuvaneshawr to Port Blair and vice versa which has now been stopped to a sudden surprise to the residents of Odissa.
