Port Blair, November 16: The Lt Governor has expressed his deep shock on the passing away of Smt Rehana Bibi, aged 33 yrs, W/o Shri Mohd. Raffi, Editor, ‘People’s View’ at G B Pant Hospital in the morning today. He has also expressed his condolence to the members of the bereaved family.
