Port Blair, Oct 30: Around 75 Participating students of Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp which is underway in JNRM accompanied by the camp coordinator and HOD Homescience Shri K Venkatesan visited Central Island Agriculture Research Institute to gain firsthand knowledge about the ornamental horticulture for entrepreneurship purpose. Dr V Bhaskaran, Senior Scientist (Horticulture) elaborately explained the available varieties of flowers in Andaman which can be utilized for self employment venture. He also taken out the students to the filed where demonstrated the commercial horticulture to the students and motivated them to take up for employment purpose. The students also visited organic Horticulture farm in Coffee Bageca and Arafa Food Industry in Pahargaon.
