Port Blair, Oct 24: The PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders have sincerely greeted the islanders on Bhai Dooj (Bhai Phota) which fall on 25th October this year. Nowhere is the bond of brotherly-sisterly love glorified with such grandeur as in India. We celebrate this special relationship twice every year, with the festivals of Raksha Bandhan and Bhai Dooj, said Kuldeep.
