Port Blair, September 15: The Lt Governor has expressed his deep shock on the sudden and untimely passing away of Shri Dominic Watson, aged 44 yrs, ASI (Communication), A&N Police at Chowra Island and Shri Arshad, aged 42 yrs, an employee of Electricity Department, who suffered a cardiac arrest at Port Blair. The Lt Governor has also expressed his condolences to the members of the bereaved families.
