Port Blair, Sept 08: On the issue of delay in release of payment for the staffs of ANACS Mr. Rakesh Bali, the Project Director of ANACS today said that till last year NACO used to release funds directly to State fund but from this year the funds are released to the Pay and Accounts office for all the Health Schemes of Government of India.
“We tried to keep the procedure same but the Ministry of Health rejected that. There was two months delay in getting code but within next week we will get that code. We have also appointed a DDO two days back and they payments will be released as we get the code,” Mr. Bali told Andaman Sheekha.
