Port Blair, Sept. 3: Heavy rain may occur at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands for the next two days, on Sept. 5 & 6. Under the influence of moderate to strong southwest monsoon current, strong southwesterly wind with speed between 35 to 45 kmph and generally rough seas is likely along and off A&N coast. Fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea. The general public have been advised to take precautionary measures and in case of any emergency they can contact over the phone numbers of State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres viz.
