(a) Original and one attested copy of Matriculation Certificate.
(b) Original and one attested copy of 10+2/ equivalent examination mark sheet & certificate.
(c) Original and one attested copy of NCC certificate, if any.
(d) Original and one attested copy of Certificate of Residence (Domicile certificate).
(e) Eight recent pass port size colour photographs.
