Port Blair, Aug 22: The birthday of Hockey wizard Late Dhyanchand will be celebrated as National Sports Day on Aug 29, 2014. In order to celebrate the Day, apart from other sports events, a 10 km cycle race for men and 5 km cycle race for women will be organized by the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs in association with the A&NSSC on Aug 28, 2014 at 6 am at Netaji Stadium here.
