Port Blair, Aug 12: The Chief Secretary, Mr. Anand Prakash will inaugurate the ‘Marina-De-Café’ at Marine Park at 4.30 pm on Aug 13, 2014 in the presence of the Chairperson, PBMC, Mr. K. Ganeshan, Secretary, PBMC, Mr. Sheo Pratap Singh and Ward Councilor, PBMC, Mr. S. Shanmugavel, a PBMC communication said here today.
