Port Blair, Aug 11: The Department of Art and Culture, A&N Administration shall be organizing Adibimba-a festival of folk dances of Andaman and Nicobar Islands from 29th- 31st August 2014 in collaboration with the Eastern Zonal Cultural Center during the forth coming Monsoon Festival.
