Mayabunder, Aug 10: Shortage of staffs at Mayabunder region has made things difficult for various departments to manage day to day activities.
PRI members of the region complain that most of the schools and departments situated at Mayabunder District Headquarter do not have sufficient Teachers, Staffs and other M.T.Ss for smooth functioning.
In many cases it has been reported that staffs are posted out of Mayabunder but no staff is posted as substitute, which creates the shortage.
In many offices situation is so bad that either industrial workers or DRMs are managing the show and facing tremendous work pressure. The Administration must look into the matter and posts staffs for school and department as per sanctioned strength.
