Port Blair, July 16: Applications are invited by the Ministry of Minority Affairs for Pre-Matric Scholarship for the year 2014-15 from the students belonging to minority communities notified by the Central Government, who are pursuing studies from class I to X in Government/recognised private schools/institutions.
The last date of receipt of applications from students has been revised from 31st August, 2014 to 15th August, 2014 and submission of scholarship requirement by the State/UTs to the Ministry has also been revised from 15th September, 2014 to 01st September, 2014.
The details of the scheme and application form may be downloaded from the website www.minorityaffairs.gov.in and also in respective schools/institutes of student.
