Port Blair, July 15: The Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lt. Gen (Retd.) A K Singh on Saturday mentioned in one of his posts in Micro-blogging site twitter that Island students will get 75 percent of the seats in Andaman’s upcoming Medical College.
“Detailed briefing on the proposed Medical College reveals immense benefit for Andaman and Nicobar Islands, apart from getting super specialists, our children will get 75% of seats,” the Lt. Governor mentioned in Twitter.
He added that the medical college is long overdue. The process is tedious but he is determined. “Seek Cooperation from all. People of Andaman and Nicobar Islands deserve this facility,” the LG tweeted.
