Port Blair 13.5.2014: Taking serious view of the negligence on the part of the boat operator, in the boat mishap that occurred at North Bay on 13.5.2014, the Directorate of Tourism has cancelled the temporary permission granted to the FRP Boat ‘Marine Rider’ with immediate effect.
The Police has arrested the negligent boat operator, seized the boat and registered a case at PS Bambooflat.
