Port Blair, Mar 02: RSC Port Blair in association with Directorate of Sports and various departments of the Administration and ANC will be conducting “Open Sea Water Swimming Competition for Men & Women” on 5th March 2014. The competition will start from Ross Island and end in Aberdeen Jetty. The competition will be held only in open category and all those who completes the competition successfully will be given consolation prizes. No separate event will be held in any other category of open sea event.
A cash prize of Rs. 25000 will be given to the Winner and Rs. 15000 to Runner and Rs. 10000 to the person coming third.
All the participants will have to report at Water sports Complex at 0800hrs on 5th March. The event will start from Ross Island at 0945hrs. For any clarification Swimming coach can be contacted over cell number 9434280424.
