Port Blair, Feb 25: A new cinema hall- Diviyum Talkies has come up at Prothrapur. The Chief Secretary, Shri Anand Prakash will inaugurate the talkies as chief guest at 10.30 am tomorrow (Feb 26). The Member of Parliament, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray will be the guest of honour on the occasion, a communication said.
