Port Blair, Feb 19: RSC Open T-20league-cum-knockout tournament got underway on 18th morning. Altogether 22 teams are participating in this tournament. Tournament was inaugurated by Secretary (Sports & YA) Mr. Rakesh Bali. The final of this tournament will be held on 16th March 2014. Tournament is organised by RSC Port Blair in association with Directorate of Sports.
