Port Blair, Feb 03: A Branch of Tunighata people’s movement of Human Rights Welfare Association has been opened in A & N Islands, for serving the peoples of these Islands and to unite the local youth towards the social service work for the human welfare. TPMHRWA is a non – governmental organisation, which is working for Welfare of people at West Bengal since 2010. On keen interest of Island youths the national Secretary of TPMHRWA Mr. Sanjib Kanjilal has authorized Mr. Mithun Das as State President, Mr. Dipesh Das as Vice President, Mr. Kumari Suman as General Secretary, Mr. Tanveer Khan as Joint Secretary, Mr. Dipankar Das as State Coordinator and Mr. Debobrata Biswas as District Organiser as office bearers of TPMHRWA, A & N Islands. Other active members are Sumanto Das, A. Vasavan, Shisir Kr Baral, Abojith Kr Das, Inderjit Dey, Manjit Mondal and Parumita Halder.
