Port Blair, Jan 30: ‘Baakprotima’, a Bengali Little Magazine published from A&N Islands is participating in the 38th International Kolkata Book Fair 2014 which commenced yesterday. The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Ms. Mamata Bandyopadhyay, was the chief guest on the occasion. Shri Anadiranjan Biswas, the Publisher/Editor, Baakprotima has been invited for the formal inaugural session of the fair. On this occasion, a copy of of Baakprotima’s Puja Issue-2013 was handed over to Shri Subroto Mukhopadhyay, Minster (Panchayats & Rural Development), Government of West Bengal. ‘Baakprotima’ has been allotted with a table (Table No.182) in the Little Magazine Pavilion of Kolkata Book Fair 2014, a communication received here from Mr. Biswas said here today.
