Port Blair, Jan 23: The Dy Inspector General of Forests, Ministry of Env and Forests vide its letter No:12-1/2005 SU (pt) dt 22 01 2013 has conveyed the sanction of President of India to the release and grant of a loan amounting to Rs. 10.00 crores to ANIFPDCL as non plan loan assistance to meet its urgent liability of salaries/wages only to the employees of the Corporation during the current financial year 2013-14.
Accordingly the Secretary Shoukat Ali of ANIFCV Employees Union vide his letter No: FDC/2012-13/34 dt 23 1 2014 has conveyed the gratitude of the Vanvikas Parivar to the Lt Governor Shri AK Singh, the Chairman of FPDCL Dr Shashi Kumar and the President PCC and INTUC Kuldeep Rai Sharma for getting the fund released for the payment of salary and wages. He has also stated that with out their efforts this fund was not expected so early. Kuldeep is very happy of this news as the staff of the Corporation was not getting their salary for last four months and has conveyed his gratitude to the pro poor Lt Governor and has assured the employees of the Corporation for his everlasting cooperation for the welfare of the staff of the corporation.
