Port Blair, Jan 8 :The Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi will be conducting an All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT)-2014 on May 10, 2014 for filling up 15% of total number of seats to be filled on merit in Veterinary Colleges for admission to 1st year of BVSC & AH course.
Candidates aged 17 years on or before Dec. 31, 2013 with higher secondary examination/intermediate science examination or equivalent to 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for general category/OBC and 40% for SC/ST are eligible for apply. Those candidates who will be appearing in qualifying examination prior to the All India Pre-Veterinary Test and whose result is awaited may also apply. The last date of submission of application is March 5, 2014 for the candidates of these Islands. The bulletin of information alongwith application forms are available in the Office of the Registrar (VC)-cum-Joint Director, ANUT Veterinary Council, Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Haddo, Port Blair and the same may be obtained from the Office on all working days between 9 am to 3 pm from Jan 9 to 12, 2014 on production of demand draft for Rs.1500/- in case of general category/OBC and Rs.750/- in case of SC/ST category drawn in favour of Veterinary Council of India, Examination Fund, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.
