Port Blair, Dec 20: On 17-12-2013 at about 1000 hrs, partially decomposed body of 2-3 days new born female child was found at Junglighat Seashore, Ward No.07 and a case vide Crime No.389/2013 dt.17-12-2013 U/s 317 IPC has been registered at P.S. Aberdeen which is under investigation. Accused of the case is unknown. Prima facie it appears that it is a case of female or abandonment of baby by unmarried mother.
