Port Blair, Dec 13: A four-year-old baby named Priyanka R/o Nayagaon Village is suffering from Cyanotic Heart Disease/TOF and was
undergoing treatment at G.B Pant Hospital, Port Blair for quite some time but according to doctors she is not showing any improvement. Considering this the girl has been referred to a recognized hospital in mainland for her treatment.
The parents of the girl child are poor and cannot afford the financial requirements for the treatment at mainland hospital. The father of the girl child is an auto driver and the mother is a house wife, who can’t afford such expensive treatment of their child.
The social workers of the area have now appealed to general public to come forward and donate money to the family so that the little girl gets a new lease of life.
