Port Blair, Dec 11: The Human Rights Organisation’s, A & N Unit, situated at Tazmizhar Sangam Complex, Phoenix Bay, Port Blair observed ‘World Human Rights Day’ on 10th Dec 2013 at the premises of HRO office at Tamizhar Sangam Complex, Port Blair.
Local people and the members of Human Rights Organization from remote areas of these Islands attended the function. Mr. Kaja Mohideen, Mr. Dinakaran, Mr. Sanjib Kumar Roy, Editor, Andaman Sheekha were invited in the programme and they appreciated HRO’s activities and also gave valuable guidance for better performance.
At the end the president, Secretary and other executive members of Human Rights Organization addressed the gathering about the importance of Human Rights Day and also motivated the members for better service to the people especially the area where the human rights are being violated.
