Port Blair, Dec 01: It has been learnt that some miscreants are stealing helmets in large number from Port Blair city. According to reports these people usually target those who park their vehicles and go inside any hall or auditorium for a long time.
Marriage Parties and Musical Programmes are a happy hunting ground from these miscreants it seems. Victims say that usually these people run away with only new helmets and after every such gathering one can find five to six people looking for their missing helmet all around. As Helmets are not too expensive, the victims usually do not complaint to Police and thus these miscreants get automatic immunity. Hope the burglar squad of PS Aberdeen will be able to arrest these miscreants.
