Port Blair, Nov 11: The PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Lt Governor to consider posting of Dental surgeons at Garacharma, Neil and Havelock PHCs. In his letter Kuldeep has stated that he has been requested by the public of Garacharma, Neil and Havelock for Dental surgeons on various occasions, since for dental problems the populace has to rush to GB Pant hospital. Whereas the people of Neil and Havelock finds it very difficult to come to Port Blair by finding boarding etc which bear extra monitory burden on them and their school going children have to be out of their schools for a long period.
Hence, Kuldeep has requested the Administrator for positioning of dental surgeons at those PHCs and stated that such consideration will not only be beneficial for the populace of the respective areas but also waiting Dental surgeons may get jobs in these hard days.
