Port Blair, Oct 18: Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, the Member of Parliament of A & N Islands has conveyed his condolence for sudden demise of Mr. Kailash Kumar Dhingra, age 63 years, F/o Mr. Hemant Kumar Dhingra, State Convener, BJP, Cultural cell, who died on 17.10.2013, at G.B. Pant Hospital.
