Port Blair, Oct 17: The Lt Governor Lt Gen (Retd) AK Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, will be on a day’s visit to Rangat and Mayabunder on October 18, 2013.
The programme of the Lt Governor during his stay there includes visit to Bakultala junction and departure for Mayabunder via Betapur, CFO Nallah Balley Bridge, TV Kullam, Dharampur, Shantipur, Pinaki Nagar, Billyground, Swadesh Nagar and Thoratang.
The Lt Governor will also be visiting flood affected areas at Tugapur and interact with local officers and Pradhans of Mayabunder/Rampur/Pokkadera.
On completion of visit, the Lt Governor will return to Port Blair the same day in the afternoon.
